As the seasons shift and winter approaches, it's a time to embrace the stillness and find balance within. Join Amanda and Navin at Casa Copal Yoga for an evening dedicated to unwinding and reconnecting.Amanda will guide you through a gentle Yin yoga practice to help release tension and calm your nervous system. With postures held for extended periods, this practice invites you to turn inward, nourishing your body and bringing balance to your emotions and energy.
Navin will enhance the evening with a live Sound Healing Experience, featuring his unique blend of acoustic guitar, flute, singing bowls, and ambient soundscapes. His improvisational sound journey fosters stillness and peace, providing you with the space to connect with your inner self and release the stress and tension accumulated over time.
To deepen your relaxation, hands-on and distance Reiki will be offered during an extended savasana, helping you release, recharge, and reconnect with your inner balance as we transition into the quiet embrace of winter.

Navin Sahjpaul is a Music Therapist (BMT), Certified Yoga Teacher, Artist (Musician, Writer), Mental Health Advocate.
He is deeply passionate about well-being, mental health, community building, and healing, a believer in the idea that the deepest of wounds can become the greatest of teachers, and that the more we tend to our suffering, the greater our capacity becomes to experience joy, gratitude, and love.
As a musician, Navin is a multi-instrumentalist (Piano, Guitar, Flute, Voice) who records, composes, and performs original music under his name using the computer software programs of Logic Pro X and Ableton Live. His latest album release on Bandcamp, Medicine Music, consists of 26 original compositions that are designed to be used in conjunction with other healing modalities (Yoga, Breathwork, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy) and serves as an album within which one can seek solace in, a place of calm away from the busyness and chaos of life, an auditory haven to be conducive for inner rest, stillness, and growth.
Amanda Barcellos is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Reiki master. A dedicated student of yoga for 12 years, her journey began as a personal quest for healing and self-discovery, leading her to explore various traditions and teachings across Ayurveda and yoga. In her classes, you’ll discover tools to support the nervous system and mind through breathing techniques and gentle, restful practices. Her slow, deliberate teaching style encourages exploring individual needs and honoring unique paths. Amanda creates a nurturing space to slow down, be present, and connect with your body with curiosity and kindness, allowing students time to fully experience and integrate each aspect of the practice.
