What to Expect:
The class will begin with 60 minutes of Restorative Yoga, where you will be guided through gentle, supported poses held for extended periods to promote deep relaxation and release tension. Following this, we will transition into Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, a guided meditation lasting about 45 minutes that induces a state of conscious relaxation, helping you achieve profound rest and rejuvenation. The final 15 minutes will be dedicated to enjoying a calming tea and a grounding snack, allowing you to fully absorb the benefits of your practice.
