Join us for a 2 hour donation-based Restorative Yoga practice to raise funds for fellow Vermonters affected by the flooding.

Climate fatigue and anxiety can feel isolating and debilitating, and Vermont continues to be affected by changing weather patterns and the climate crisis - the power of water is devastating communities across our small state. This Restorative practice is an opportunity to gather and rest in community. Through practice we will use breath and gentle supported postures to create ease in the body and allow the nervous system to rest.

A donation will be made to the VT Flood Response & Recovery Fund which allots grants to organizations in affected communities.
