Enjoy a nourishing morning, to celebrate the new energy of Autumn Equinox, practicing Kundalini Yoga, Breath, Movement, Mantra and Meditation with deep rest and relaxation and Sound Bath to close.
Why not visit Mothecombe Beach afterwards, a dip in the sea, sauna and lunch at the school house.
Please note sound baths are not suitable for everyone (various heart conditions and first trimester of pregnancy), please message me if in doubt.
