This 4hr workshop not only consists of easy to digest information that is made relatable, it also contains 3 fitness classes, (Pilates, Resistance HITT class and a Menopause specific Yoga Practice with Meditation) ensuring you leave with a solid understanding of your body’s changes and practical strategies to manage them effectively.

- A change of clothes (classes last no longer than 45mins but you will get your heart rate up)
- Water Bottle & Sweat Towel
- Yoga Mat if you have one
- A sense of humour (this is fun workshop with lots of laughter)
