Autumn Equinox Gratitude Circle

Come join us for a special Autumn Equinox Gratitude Circle at Kindred Healing Space! Let's gather together to express our gratitude for the abundance in our lives as we welcome the changing of the seasons. This in-person event will be held at Colby Avenue, Everett, WA, USA.

This afternoon will include a gratitude practice, meditation, and Sound Bath.

It is recommended that you bring a journal, yoga mat, blanket, pillow(s), eye pillow and bolsters if you have them. The studio has extra yoga mats and bolsters.
