Location: Unity Center-Positive Living, downstairs

Join us for a guided heart-centered meditation led by Terra Lea Dennis, a certified energy medicine practitioner, sound healer, and Reiki master. This 20-minute practice focuses healing intention on an individual, situation, country, or the whole world. No meditation or healing experience needed—just bring your time, presence, and willingness to participate.

Whether you want to be the focus of healing or send loving energy elsewhere, you’re welcome here. We end by sending peace and harmony to the world. Spiritual growth happens through practice, and this circle offers a chance to deepen your compassion, grace, generosity, courage, and take loving action.

Meet like-minded souls every 2nd and 4th Sunday, 3-4PM. Love offerings will be joyfully given to Everett Unity.
