As we welcome the energy of the Autumn Equinox, join me for an evening of gentle Qigong and a soothing Crystal Sound Bath. The equinox invites us into balance, reflection, and letting go, making it the perfect time to pause, reconnect, and realign.
We'll begin with a gentle 10–15 minute Qigong practice using simple movements and breathwork to release tension and calm the mind before settling into a deeply restorative sound bath. No experience is necessary.
Take a break from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. This gentle yet powerful experience is designed to calm your nervous system, clear your mind, and restore balance. Sound therapy may support better sleep, reduced stress, improved focus, and emotional wellbeing.
🌿 What to Bring:
• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• A pillow and blanket, or anything else that helps you feel cosy and supported
• A bottle of water to stay hydrated
Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Doors will close promptly to start at 7:00 PM to preserve the peaceful environment.
