11:00 AM - Opening Circle with Kira
Begin the day with an intention-setting visualisation, breathwork, and group sharing. Connect with your community, finding common ground while celebrating our ditterences.
12:15 PM - Self-Expansion Workshop with Cara
Unlock your potential, whether it's building confidence, advancing your career, or improving relationships. Through group coaching and mindset exercises, you'll break through barriers and gain clarity on your path forward.
1:15 PM - Lunch
Enjoy a delicious vegan, seasonal lunch. Herbal teas and water will be available throughout the day.
2:00 PM - Time Line Therapy with Cara
This visualisation exercise helps release limiting beliefs and blocks that hold you back. Time Line Therapy works with the subconscious mind to create lasting change.
3:00 PM - Movement Meditation with Kira
A 30-minute, tailor-made playlist will guide you from introspective meditation to full-body movement.
Experience an individual journey of release and exploration, followed by a closing circle and tarot guidance.
