The Autumn Equinox, also known as Mabon, is a time of balance and transition, symbolizing the shift from summer's abundance to winter's introspection. Spiritually, it signifies harvesting the fruits of one's labor, letting go of what no longer serves, and finding inner balance between light and shadow. It's a time for gratitude, reflection, and preparing for the quieter, more introspective months ahead.
A partial Solar Eclipse during a New Moon in Virgo signifies a potent time for spiritual growth, particularly focused on practical application and self-improvement. This eclipse cycle, occurring on the Virgo-Pisces axis, encourages a blend of structure and spontaneity, inviting individuals to embrace change and adapt to new directions. It's a period for releasing what no longer serves, integrating intuition with grounded action, and finding balance between control and surrender.
What is Gong Puja?
It’s a journey of healing, relaxation and deeper connection with oneself and the divine. You’ll immerse yourself in the sound vibrations of the gongs, which are played continuously throughout the night.
The gongs work on all aspects of our being, our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. The rich layers of sound which emanate from the gong affect every part of us, including the non-physical subtle energy bodies of the human auric field which are layered around the physical body that we can see in 3D. It is said that dis-ease begins in the subtle energy body, and only migrates to the physical after some time. Therefore, if we can remove blockages, imbalances and stagnant energy in the energy body before it manifests in the physical, we can prevent illness and keep ourselves healthy, as well as re-tuning and harmonising every part of our physical being. On the emotional level, the gong sounds have a clearing effect and help to shift old patterns and bring up and clear out old emotional issues and trauma, so that we can move on. Mentally, the gong sounds help to move our focus from the logical left brain into the creative right side of the brain, where we connect with our intuitive power and receive guidance from that central source.

Important:
✨ This is going to be all night journey so please make sure you make yourself comfortable and cosy. Mattresses are welcomed (as long as they not the noisy ones). Wear comfortable clothes (preferably layers). Bring cushions, blankets/duvets, eye masks and water. You might want to journal during the puja so journal and pen might be handy.
✨ We will start the night with hot drink and short opening ceremony. We will close off the night with closing ceremony followed by light warm breakfast.
✨ Please bear in mind that the toilets are 1min walk from the yurt.
✨ The yurt has wood burner so will warm and cosy.
✨ Plenty of parking space
Note:
✨ Puja is not for people with peacemakers, women pregnant in first trimester and people with epilepsy.
