A new workshop offering you the opportunity to create a finished painting in one short session.
When people come into my studio they often say 'I wish I could paint' and in the latest of my short, fun classes I aim to prove that anyone can.
During the three hour session each person will create their own 10" by 8", box canvas, individual artwork to take home, based on my original 'Sunset Anchorage' design.
In this session we'll be looking at easy, but subtle, techniques to give the impression of a beautiful wildflower meadow, beside the beach as well as some delicate shading of the waves and the skyscape.
The class size is deliberately small so that I can give as much individual attention to each person as they need.
I will demonstrate each part of the process and then be available to offer additional advice and guidance as required.
We'll be based, downstairs at the lovely Victorian, Passmore Edwards Institute Building.
I will provide all materials required but I do ask that you consider wearing 'old' clothes because paint does have a habit of getting everywhere 😊
Places will be filled on a first come, first served basis with a waiting list in case of cancellations.
Cost will be £35 per person including all materials, tuition and refreshments. Payment is taken after the session either in cash or by card (WiFi permitting 😊)
