We'll have the space all to ourselves for a nourishing day together Hidden yurt
we'll begin with transformational breathwork then pause for a wholesome lunch (supplied)
The afternoon unfolds with gentle grounding breath practices, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath with the_reiki_fairy.
We'll close our time together with herbal tea and snacks, leaving in a state of calm and connection.
