About this Event
Come and join Littledown Harriers for our next Couch to 5k course which kicks off on Tuesday 17th September 2024 at 6pm at the Littledown Centre for 9 weeks.
Our qualified, friendly coaches will lead and support you through the course which will culminate in Graduation at Bournemouth parkrun on Saturday 16th November where again you will be supported by our Coaches as well as other members of our firendly, supportive club.
For just £20, you get 9 weeks of sessions on a Tuesday evening as well as help and support to complete additional runs each week. You will also get a free running t-shirt which you can wear with pride at your Graduation!

Once registered, full course information will be emailed to all participants 1-2 weeks prior to the course commencing.
