Autumn Alignment Sound Bath

As we enter into Fall, it is a time for slowing down, connecting, and recharging. A time when we need the space to exhale, rest, and reset. Join us in person for a relaxing journey as we ground, align and recharge with crystal singing bowls.

Explore how sound and vibration can restore balance, expand inner awareness, and leave you feeling recharged.

What to expect:

This session consists of a guided meditation followed by an extended crystal bowl sound bath. You will lie or sit on a yoga mat so dress comfortably. Light refreshments and a delicious homemade herbal tea will be provided at the end of the sound bath.

Logistics:

Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled so that we may start on time. Comfort is key so bring whatever you need for maximum comfort.

What to bring:

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and anything else you need to be comfortable.
