About this Event
Part of Elevated – Conversations with Women Authors, a new monthly author series at Chelsea Library showcasing thought-provoking conversations with leading women writers.
What if you could instantly shift your thoughts, calm your emotions, and break free from the habits holding you back?
A Serenity Kit (A.S.K.) is a life-changing method created by therapist Kelly Armatage that has already helped thousands of people find freedom from trauma, negative patterns, and self-limiting beliefs. Blending psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy, somatic healing, and spiritual wisdom, A.S.K. gives you a simple, step-by-step process to create lasting change - whenever you need it.
Inside this book, you’ll learn how to:
• Heal unresolved emotional wounds and past trauma
• Release unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and behaviours
• Build deeper self-awareness and understand human behaviour
• Set healthy boundaries in relationships
• Create the life and outcomes you truly desire
With practical exercises, worksheets, and a complete guidebook, A.S.K. becomes your pocket therapist - ready to empower you in moments of stress, challenge, or growth.
If you’re ready to let go of what no longer serves you and step into strength, success, and serenity, this is your blueprint for transformation.
