Authentic Masculinity Course

This six-week journey explores what it means to embody 'authentic masculinity' through the lens of the Buddha’s teachings.

We'll examine gender roles and cultural stereotypes and draw on Buddhist teachings to uncover qualities of courage, compassion, integrity, wisdom and emotional depth — qualities that empower men to live with presence and purpose in the modern world.

The sessions will include meditation, short talks, reflective exercises and conversation.

For the course, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £25 at the point when you book to secure your place. We suggest a total payment of £90 or a concessionary rate of £60 for the whole course. This additional cost is payable at the centre.

However, we don't want anyone to feel excluded from taking part if that is too much, so please feel free just to pay the deposit in the first instance, and you can then talk to the course leader, and agree on a reduced rate or email the centre: [email protected].
