Our Reiki Level 1 training is a beautiful introduction to energy healing, guiding you gently into working with Reiki for yourself and others 💜
This is a heart-led, supportive course held in a small group, allowing space to learn, practise, and truly connect with the energy.
What you will learn:
• The history and foundations of Reiki
• Understanding energy and how it flows
• Reiki Level 1 attunements
• Self-healing techniques
• How to offer Reiki to others
• Grounding, protection, and energy awareness
By the end of this course you will:
• Feel confident using Reiki for yourself and others
• Have a daily self-healing practice
• Feel more balanced, connected and intuitive
• Hold a strong foundation for your Reiki journey
