About this Event

Where Leadership Meets the Open Sea

Welcome to The Navigator — an exclusive, high-impact leadership experience designed for senior managers, directors, and C-suite leaders who want to lead their organizations with the clarity and confidence of a seasoned captain.

Leadership doesn't happen in a boardroom alone — it happens out in the real world, amidst unpredictability and pressure. Here, on the water, you will be immersed in a dynamic, hands-on experience that blends expert sailing with executive coaching.

You will learn to navigate your business like a ship through the open sea, mastering decision-making, resilience, and team leadership in real time.

This isn't a classroom — it's the ocean. It's fresh air, teamwork, strategy, and real-time problem solving that builds resilience and sharpens your leadership instincts.

No sailing experience required

  • You zoom out
  • You think strategically

Why Sailing Is the Ultimate Leadership Metaphor

Sailing across the vast ocean requires much more than skill — it requires mindset, intuition, and adaptability. You are the captain of your boat — your business.

Your Boat

Whether you lead a small startup or a multinational company, your boat is your vessel. It must be maintained and balanced through calm waters and storms alike.

Your Compass

Your inner guidance — your vision, values, and instincts — keeps you on course when the horizon is unclear.

Your Crew

The people who believe in you, who support you through every challenge. Your leadership inspires their loyalty and trust.

Lighthouses

These are your guiding lights — mentors, principles, and experiences that help you steer clear of danger and find safe harbour.

Leadership on land is complex — but on the water, it becomes clear.

You must act decisively, communicate clearly, and inspire trust.

As someone who has coached over 1000+ C-suite leaders, I've seen how these lessons translate to real-world success.

What You'll Experience

Saturday Afternoon - Real-Time Leadership Challenges

As conditions change, so will your leadership approach. Practice resilience, problem-solving, and teamwork in authentic scenarios — all while surrounded by the stunning beauty of the coast.Stay overnight in Cowes. Time for reflection and connection.

Sunday Morning - Leadership Mapping

Morning review of your leadership lessons from the sea and translate them into your business context before setting sail back to Portsmouth. You will craft a renewed leadership course, aligned with your vision.
