August Grounded at Alpine Hills - A Yoga Series
This one-hour yoga flow class combines Yin and Vinyasa Yoga and is designed to marry breath with movement, using a sequence of postures that engage the muscles, improve flexibility, and promote mindfulness. Join us to move your body, calm your mind, and flow through an uplifting practice that nourishes both body and soul. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is designed to be accessible to all who are willing to try - leaving you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and grounded.
All ages are welcome. Participants 14 years of age and younger must have an adult present. Spaces are limited, so please register in advance. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, and arrive at 4402 Larson Avenue.
While in session, each yoga class will occur each fourth Monday of the month, excluding the month of May. This class will be moved to Tuesday, May 26th to account for Memorial Day.
