August Grounded at Atwood - A Yoga Series
This Yoga class is designed to marry breath with movement, using a sequence of postures that engage the muscles, improve flexibility, and promote mindfulness. Join us to move your body, calm your mind, and flow through an uplifting practice that nourishes both body and soul. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is designed to be accessible to all who are willing to try. Leaving you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and grounded.
All ages are welcome. Participants 14 years of age and younger must have an adult present. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
Sign up for one or more sessions, as this series occurs each third Saturday of the month! Looking to stay grounded on weekdays as well? Grounded at Alpine Hills with Marie Bridges occurs on select Mondays for spring and fall sessions!
