Living with a mental health condition can be a little like a rollercoaster. It can mean good days, hard days, and a lot of moments where you wonder, “Does anyone else understand what I’m going through?”
The answer is yes.
NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a place for adults living with mental health challenges to come together and support each other through the ups and downs of recovery. This group is led by people who have their own lived experience with mental illness- people who understand because they’ve been there too.
You don’t have to share before you’re ready. You can come, listen, and be around people who get it. Together, we talk about the challenges, celebrate the wins, and remind each other that recovery is possible.
NAMI Connection is:
- Free and open to adults (18+) living with mental health conditions. No diagnosis required.
-Led by trained peers with lived experience
-A confidential space where you can be heard and supported
-A place to connect with others who understand
You are more than your diagnosis. You are a person with a story.
