AudAbility™ is an evidence-based program designed by board-certified music therapists at MusicWorx to support people living with Parkinson’s disease and their care partners. Through music therapy and wellness approaches, we empower individuals to cultivate greater quality of life. AudAbility™ participants engage in music-based interventions including singing, movement, instrument play, songwriting, and mindfulness. We can help participants improve and maintain critical functions such as speech, swallowing, breath capacity, fine & gross motor skills, and cognition. We also support social-emotional needs, and use music therapy to alleviate depression, anxiety, and isolation. No music experience is needed to participate!When: 12 sessions weekly on Thursdays | Starts September 5 – November 21
