A curated dining experience that explores the unique flavours, textures, and energies associated with each of the 12 sun signs. Each dinner in the series is a multi-sensory journey, designed to reflect the sun sign’s dominant element (fire, earth, air, water), its ruling planet, and its archetypal characteristics.Led by Tamara McLellan of Kelowna’s Wild Sky Sisters, each evening will include a discussion of the featured sun sign- its mythology, symbolism, and culinary connections.
This evening’s earth-inspired feast, crafted by Chef Rod Butters, will celebrate the lush, abundant flavours Taurus adores, featuring rich, decadent dishes designed to be savoured. The beverage pairings by Audrey Surrao will highlight the sensual, full-bodied nature of this sign, ensuring a dining experience that is both deeply satisfying and indulgent.
Expect a menu that is opulent, comforting, and deeply rooted in the pleasures of the earth, just like Taurus itself.
