🌿 Roots to the Self 🌿 is a four-part experiential workshop series in Kelowna exploring the connection between your inner landscape and the living wisdom of the world around you.
Simone K of Rooted In Between and Myra of Threads To The Self combine a unique blend of Internal Family Systems (parts work), astrology, plant & earth wisdom, and embodied practices, where you'll explore the different parts within you while discovering how nature and symbolic systems can help illuminate your inner world.
These immersive gatherings combine therapeutic exploration, contemplative practices, and expressive experiences designed to help you:
