Join us at Lab111 for our tenth free evening of networking with directors, producers, motion designers, actors, crew, creatives, and more!
About this Event

We’re happy to announce that we’re having a special three-hour Assembly in Motion at Lab111 on Wednesday, Sept 23rd from 19:30–22:30.

Assembly in Motion is a free evening social event where you can hang and talk with creatives like yourself. This includes directors, screenwriters, 2D/3D designers, writers, producers, photographers, promoters, models, creative directors, actors, and more.

For our tenth event, we’d love to screen your short films (under 7 minutes, please) for the 1st hour of the event, starting at 20:00. If you’d like to submit a short film, music video, trailer, or experimental piece, please email a downloadable link to [email protected] *May be limited to the number of videos that can be shown in an hour.

Please note: If you show up between 20:00 and 21:00, please be quiet while the shorts are playing.

Afterwards, we have a couple of quick announcements we’d like to share before relaxing and talking with fellow creatives for the rest of the evening.
WE WANT TO SHOWCASE YOUR REEL during the remainder of the event! Submit your commercial reel to [email protected] (downloadable links only).

Be sure to add a link/name to your work at the end and send all clips by Sept 22nd.
Last but not least, for all you independent filmmakers out there, please join the
AIM Indie Film Crew Database. Our goal is to connect independent film producers and directors with local crew from around the Netherlands.

*Please note that photos/videos may be taken at the event and used for promotional purposes exclusively for Assembly in Motion. If you reserve a ticket and can't make it, please release it so others on the waitlist can join.
