REP Play Coach Group Interview
Thank you for your interest in the REP Play Coach position at Asphalt Green. This in-person group interview will give you an opportunity to learn more about Asphalt Green, the REP program, and what it is like to work as a Play Coach.
Important Arrival Information
The group interview will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. All candidates must arrive by 4:45 PM to check in and get settled.
Candidates who arrive late will not be permitted to join the group interview. Please plan your travel accordingly and allow extra time for possible delays.
What to Expect
The session will include:
- An introduction to Asphalt Green and the REP Play Coach role
- A group interview with other candidates
- Interactive group activities
- An opportunity for each candidate to facilitate an assigned exercise with the group
Select Your Activity
During registration, you must select one of the following activities to facilitate during your interview:
- Switch
- Line Soccer
- Community
- Band-Aid Tag
Please review the instructions for your selected activity before attending. You should be prepared to clearly explain the activity, engage the group, check that participants understand the directions, and lead the exercise as though you were working with children.
Registration Requirements
Please register for one interview date and time only.
Candidates who RSVP for more than one session will have their interview registration canceled. Please confirm your availability before selecting a session.
What to Wear
Please attend in comfortable, clean, kid-friendly clothing that allows you to move safely and participate in physical activities.
Appropriate attire includes:
- Sneakers or other closed-toe, secure shoes
- Jeans, athletic pants, or comfortable casual pants
- A T-shirt, polo, sweatshirt, or other casual top that provides appropriate coverage
- Clothing that allows you to bend, move, run, and participate comfortably
Please do not wear open-toe shoes, heels, restrictive clothing, clothing with inappropriate words or images, or anything that may interfere with active participation.
Additional Information
This is a candidate-only interview. Please attend alone and do not bring children, relatives, friends, or other guests.
