A weekly Tuesday gathering for deep rest, emotional and energetic release, authentic presence, and reconnecting with your inner healer.
About this Event

In the midst of busy lives and an often overstimulating world, it can be difficult to create intentional space to simply BE. Ascension Lounge offers an opportunity to step out of the noise for a little while and turn your attention inward - to rest, reconnect with your inner wisdom, release what you're ready to let go of, and make space to receive whatever wants to come through.

Through the use of guided meditation and sound healing instruments, you'll be invited to move beyond the thinking mind and into a quieter, more intuitive space, allowing the nervous system to settle, where you can simply notice what is present without needing to force an outcome.

Afterward, there will be time for authentic expression and community sharing. You are welcome to share whatever you experienced, felt, noticed, or received - or simply listen. There is no expectation to have a profound experience or to put anything into words. This is a space for being witnessed without judgment, comparion, or the need to perform.

Come as you are. There is nothing you need to accomplish here.

The intention is to leave feeling a little more grounded, connected, clear, and uplifted than when you arrived.

What to bring:

Come comfortable! Wear clothes you feel comfortable in and bring anything that helps you settle in and feel at ease, including:

• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow, cushion, or booster
• Water bottle
• Journal and pen if you'd like to capture any insights
• Anything else that helps you feel comfortable during meditation and sound healing

There will be a small number of yoga mats and cushions available, but bringing your own is recommended so you can create a space that feels right for you.

Ascension Lounge takes place at Ohmazing Art of Healing, 4420 Rainier Ave., on the third floor. Street parking is available. Please RSVP to let us know you will be there!

Varying levels of energy exchange are welcome and encouraged:
