The workshop subject is “Watercolour Animals” and will take place at Vandyke Upper School, Vandyke Road, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 3DY, 10.00 am – 16.00 pm.Harinder is a figurative and portrait artist based in West London, with a BA (Hons) in Illustration from the University of Plymouth. Over the years she has developed skills as a teacher, painter, and illustrator. She primarily works in Watercolour producing
award winning animal and floral works with an expressive modern touch. She has also more recently been making a name for herself in oil portratiture, Her influences include Sargent, Velázquez, and Sorolla, as well as contemporary talents like Tim Benson, Jane French, and Susan Lyon. She crafts portraits that speak to the depth and individuality of each person whether its in oil or Watercolour.
The cost of the event is £42 for Leighton Buzzard Art Society members and £65 for non-members. Priority will be given to current members at the time of the event. Please bring your ow materials – a list of requirements will be provided nearer the event.
