This week's class focus: Fluid Movement - As January draws to a close, this warming practice builds heat and energy through fluid movement. Using the spine in all directions, we revisit forward folds and side bends within a progressive flow at a level that suits you. All classes are £6 for CSC members or £9 for non-members (membership of CSC is just £10 and is open to everyone). Pay on the day by card/contactless/cash/bank transfer.

Our sessions are relaxed and unintimidating, welcoming people from all walks of life. We take the time to guide you through each movement and posture, offering options so you can practise at a level that suits your body and your experience. Above all, we want you to feel comfortable, supported, and confident on the mat. Friendly, welcoming, and completely non-judgemental — CSC Yoga is a space where you can simply be yourself. A regular yoga practice works to improve your well-being both physically and emotionally. It will improve your posture, flexibility and balance. Practicing yoga also helps to reduce stress and fatigue, promoting better sleep and overall health. All levels are welcome with accommodations for injuries available. Suitable for all ages from 14+ (under 16 to be accompanied by an adult). Mats provided.
