Discover some of the creative principles and practices underlying the powerful nonviolent social change movements. Understand how the empowering choice to embody these practices enhances your own wellbeing while simultaneously attending to others, with Kate Raffin (Certified Trainer, Centre for Nonviolent Communication).
Wed 22 Apr | Dr Jacob Thorstensen
Learn how the brain works to regulate your attention and senses, and how to tune into this to quiet the thinking mind and connect more deeply with art, with Dr Jacob Thorstensen (Assistant Professor, Faculty of Health Sciences & Medicine, Bond University).
