The Arrowtown Horticultural Society is pleased to present the 103rd Spring Flower Show at the Athenaeum Hall!
Join us for a visual symphony of Spring!
This year paying homage to "Flower Power" from the 1960's and 1970's.
Friday 25th September 2025 - 12pm - 5pm
Saturday 26th September 2025 - 10am - 3pm
with the first annual Children’s Entries Workshop Wednesday 24th September 2025 - 12 - 3pm
Open to Preschool and Primary School Children.
All materials provided, free admission.
Show Admission: Adults $5 - Children Free
Morning & Afternoon Tea: Adults $8 - Children $2
All entries to be received on:
Thursday 24th September between 2pm-7pm

EXHIBITIONS - of Spring Flowers, Crafts, Baking, Photography and Children's entries.
THE PLANT STALL - offering a bountiful supply of local plants, seeds and fresh bunches of flowers. Be in early for these as they are very popular!
SUSTAINABILITY STALL – an eclectic selection of brick-a-brac featuring many things that others no longer need that you can recycle!
RAFFLE – Great prizes thanks to our generous local business community.
CAFE – our popular cafe is back! Enjoy a delicious morning or afternoon tea with a nod to the 1960’s and 1970’s!
The schedule will be announced soon. Please keep an eye out, as some changes have been made for conditions of entry.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED ON THURSDAY 24 SEPTEMBER BETWEEN 2.00 - 7.00PM. DELIVERED TO THE ATHENAEUM HALL, ARROWTOWN.
Please note: we are unable to accept entries on Show morning.
1. Stewards will be on hand to assist you with your entries.
2. Each entry will be supplied with a class and entry number sticker.
3. A display of the Entry Classes (with photos) will help you to determine the Class you are entering in the Daffodil Section.
4. AHS Vases will be supplied by the Stewards for your flowers.
5. All Flower Entries must be grown by the Entrant (with the exception of Floral Art and Children)
6. Judging will take place on Friday morning.
7. Judges decisions are FINAL.
8. Winning Entries will be announced on our social media - Facebook + Instagram - as well as certificates placed alongside the entry.
9. Collection of entries is to take place at the end of Show - Saturday 26 , between 2- 3pm. Entries not collected will be disposed of.
