As you rest comfortably on thick comfortable provided mats in a relaxing candle lit room, you are invited through a meditative journey with voice guidance, sacred singing, and healing instruments including Himalayan singing bowls, healing chimes, frame drum, native flute, and the melodic hand pan drum....all creating layered waves of therapeutic sound that wash over you.
These vibrations support the nervous system, quiet the mind, settle emotions, soften the body, and invite a state of deep presence and peace.
