One way to nurture inner peace is through mindful practice, such as meditation. This event offers two highly effective practices, providing an extraordinary opportunity to experience them together. Walking a labyrinth is widely used for meditation, prayer, or simply to calm the mind and release stress. A Sound Bath is an immersive meditative practice using vibration and sound such as “singing bowls” and musical instruments.
