Join Kalynn Frechette for an evening of deep relaxation and energetic renewal.

This gentle and grounding experience begins with 45 minutes of Yin Yoga—long-held, floor-based stretches designed to release tension and restore the nervous system—while receiving Reiki energy healing throughout the practice. You’ll then be guided into a deeply restful 45 minute Sound Bath meditation featuring crystal singing bowls, all while enjoying herbal-infused eye pillows for added sensory support and relaxation.

About Your Facilitator:Kalynn Frechette is the founder of A Mindful Bliss Studio, a holistic wellness space rooted in energy healing, spiritual remembrance, and self-love. She is a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200), Reiki Master, breathwork guide, and meditation coach with additional training in herbalism and Ayurveda. Kalynn is passionate about supporting others in their healing journey by integrating body-based practices with energetic alignment and intuitive tools for transformation.
