About Your Facilitator:Kalynn Frechette is the founder of A Mindful Bliss Studio, a holistic wellness space rooted in energy healing, spiritual remembrance, and self-love. She is a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200), Reiki Master, breathwork guide, and meditation coach with additional training in herbalism and Ayurveda. Kalynn is passionate about supporting others in their healing journey by integrating body-based practices with energetic alignment and intuitive tools for transformation.

Cami Stutts

An experienced channeler and reiki master. Cami has a natural gift for connecting with nature, animals and spirit. Her healing is gentle yet powerful and has a gift for channeling any questions you may have for your guides or source.
