Welcome to Soul Sounds, a gentle sound experience to support and nourish you on all levels.Time for you to unwind, and allow the beautiful energies of our singing bowls, chimes and drum, to relax your mind and body, calm your emotions, and soothe your soul.
Our sound baths are created with care and a trauma-informed approach, offering you a unique and deeply therapeutic experience that feels gentle, safe and supportive.
You'll also experience and receive:

🤍 A simple guided meditation or journey to help you relax.
🤍 Time for reflection during and after the session.
🤍 Guidance on what to expect and advice on aftercare.
🤍 A cup of herbal tea after the session.

✨ Please bring something comfortable to sit/lay down on, and some cushions and blankets for your comfort ✨
Investment is £13.50 per person.

To ensure your personal safety and well-being, I cannot offer you a space at one of our group sound baths if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, have epilepsy, have recently had surgery, have a severe mental health disorder, have cancer, or have certain heart or circulatory conditions. Please reach out to me in advance to check suitability if you have any medical conditions. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
