Join myself and Lucy from @wildrootsforaging as we explore ancient woodland in Spring for this gut healing workshop.
Mother Earth has an abundance of wild garlic and spring greens this time of year to forage and ferment with. So much goodness just waiting for you to learn and enjoy.
Walk with us as we show you have to identify and forage sustainably and safely. Your rights and protections. What to look out for and what to avoid.
Bring a basket to gather mindfully as we walk. Enjoy getting out in nature and connecting back to our old and ancient ways of being.
Returning with nature's bounty, we will gather together and learn how to turn these into wonderful gut healing medicine.
You will learn skills in this introductory workshop that your gut will love you for. Please bring a couple of clean/sterile bottles to use for your ferment.
