We begin with an extended Sacred Gong Sound Bath, allowing more time for the nervous system to settle and for the body to fully surrender into sound. This longer journey supports deeper relaxation, release, and energetic integration.
✨ We then gently close with a Sharing Circle, offering space to reflect on your experience, share if you wish, or simply listen and integrate in supportive community.

Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything you need to feel comfortable.
