Autism Hampshire runs a free running group in Portsmouth for autistic adults, in collaboration with BH Live.
- Open to all fitness levels
- Meets monthly on Mondays, 11am–12pm
- Friendly, supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere
Whether someone is completely new to running or looking for a relaxed and supportive space to get active, this is a great place to start.
