A 5-week practical introduction to meditation, blending guided practice, discussion, and inspiring video teachings from Mingyur Rinpoche.
About this Event

Meditation doesn’t have to mean sitting still for hours or retreating from everyday life. In this 5-week Anytime Anywhere Meditation course, you’ll discover how awareness, compassion, and wisdom can be part of ordinary moments — anytime, anywhere. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to refresh your practice, this course offers a simple, practical, and inspiring approach.

Join me for Anytime Anywhere Meditation (AAM) — a 5-week journey into the heart of meditation practice. This accessible, down-to-earth program was created by meditation master Mingyur Rinpoche and is designed for people from all walks of life.

You’ll learn simple, flexible ways to bring meditation into daily activities — whether you’re completely new or returning to practice. Together we’ll explore how awareness, love & compassion, and wisdom are not things we have to create, but qualities we already have.

Each week includes guided meditations, video teachings from Mingyur Rinpoche, interactive reflections, and time for Q&A. You’ll also receive suggestions for simple daily practices to try between sessions.

By the end of this course, you will:

  • Recognise that meditation is a tool for self-discovery, not self-improvement.
  • Learn how short periods of practice can naturally grow into a regular habit.
  • Discover how to integrate meditation into busy daily life — even during challenges.
  • Explore how awareness, love & compassion, and wisdom work together.
  • Begin building a personal practice that suits your own lifestyle.
