Ants in the Pants: Calming the Angry Ant Antsa

Participants have a wealth of knowledge and experience working with many different learning styles in the classroom and they will build on that knowledge and experiences by specifically focusing on how to engage inattentive and active children in learning tasks and social-emotional development. The trainer explains that participants are welcome to share their experiences as concepts are discussed. After this training workshop, teachers will share techniques Inattentive and active children will: use relaxation techniques and or a physical movement strategy during classroom time to help focus concerns, excessive movement, regulation of social-emotional skills, and transitions.
