Haringey Antenatal Baby Feeding Peer Support Group

Join us to learn more about breastfeeding, expressing, mixed feeding and bottle feeding. Our trained Peer Supporters will support you to make your own informed choices.

This is a group session, with up to 4 other families. There will be some time for 1:1 conversations, and some group activities. The content of the session is flexible as a function of what you want to discuss - bring your questions!

Everyone is welcome. We recommend that you attend with a helper, someone who you think could support you in feeding your baby after the birth. It could be your partner, the baby's parent, or a friend or family member.

This session is recommended for pregnant people, from 31 weeks of pregnancy. If you already had your baby, we offer postnatal sessions, please check our other events. You are welcome to attend if you are pregnant and already have older children - each feeding journey is unique.
