Ciarb Ireland Branch is delighted to announce this year's Annual Conference on the Construction Contracts Act 2013, now 10 years on. This significant anniversary has proved to be an interesting milestone and we have put together an exciting line up for the occasion. Three panel discussions on topical issues will be followed by a fireside chat between Mr. Justice Frank Clarke (former Chief Justice of Ireland) and Mr. John Trainor SC.
