"YOU ARE NOT YOUR EGO" Spiritual Growth Seminar

The ego often feels like who we are, shaping our thoughts, reactions, and sense of self. Yet beneath this layer of habits, fears, and judgments lies your true essence—calm, clear, and free. This seminar invites you to step beyond the ego’s patterns and discover the deeper awareness that has always been present. Through guided practices, reflective exercises, and experiential teachings, you will learn to recognize the influence of the ego, release limiting habits, and experience life with greater presence, authenticity, and inner freedom. You Are Not Your Ego is an invitation to awaken to the Self that exists beyond thought and step fully into your natural clarity and peace.

Facilitators: Aden Sletta and Swami Sky work lovingly, gently, safely, and effectively to lead participants in Swami Premodaya’s original methods and practices of spiritual understanding.
