(Please note that no previous yoga experience is required, however Hormone Yoga should not be practiced while having hormonally related diseases. This includes, for example, breast cancer as well as other hormone-related cancers. In addition, hormone yoga should be refrained from during pregnancy and in cases of endometriosis.)
About Tamoah: Born and raised in Switzerland, Tamoah was guided from an early age on, into the metaphysical and naturopathic realms. Her travels and studies brought her to many native cultures, before and while she was running her clinic in Switzerland for 25 years. Helping people on the physical level, later on the emotional and mental level, then on to the energetic and spiritual level was the natural course of her studies and awakenings. Yoga came into her life when she was 14 years old. She never aspired to teach the "normal" yoga but when Tamoah reached her mid forties, she came across Hormone Yoga! She knew that she wanted to spread the word and instruct it, as it was not very widely known and yet so very important for women! In our bodies nothing works without hormones. As a result, she decided to complete her yoga teacher training in India and later continued further Hormone Yoga teacher training in Germany.

Time: 10am to 5pm, with a one hour lunch break.
Please arrive at least a half hour before the event.
Cost: $220.00 (No Refunds)
The Crystals & Curiosities Cabin will be open for participants during your lunch break and at the end of the day.

What to bring: Your yoga mat, a small flat pillow, a blanket or two, water bottle, a notebook and pen, and a lunch. Wear comfortable, stretchable clothing and socks if you tend to have cold feet for the cooling off session.
If the weather is agreeable we'll be out in nature in the cabin yard so if you need, bring insect repellent, a sun hat and sun glasses. Should the weather be "under the weather" we will be in the closed arena!
