Join us for a day to release patterns and energies that may be blocking you in this lifetime. Jenn Pretious Koh supports individuals and organizations to awaken to new possibilities while discovering the gems of growth in challenge and change. For 25 years she has partnered with clients across cultures and continents in the fields of leadership, transition management, self-mastery and resiliency. Jenn is a certified professional coach, management consultant, equine facilitated coach, author, and yoga, breathwork and meditation instructor. She has studied in the fields of psychology, neuroscience, leadership, Indigenous studies, ecosystems approaches to health, Vedic sciences, inter-species communication and energy work. She loves to hike, sculpt, dance, write, photograph nature and engage in community development and wildlife conservation projects. Please bring: A photo or object representing your ancestors, journal, pen, chair, yoga mat, cushion, blanket, socks, water bottle, sun protection, your lunch and whatever else you need to feel comfortable.
*Please arrive a half hour before the event or earlier.
The ranch will be open by 10am.
