The Tree is one of the most important elements of life, and the concept of the sacred tree exists in every culture. Evolutionary, the tree protected us, provided shade, fire, food, and even clothing. As the archetype of growth, it embodies the metaphor of a person, where the roots are the unconscious, the trunk of the tree is the personality, the fruits are the future and the motives through which a person evolves. In the traditional sense, the Tree is the structure of the divine being, as it is related to the movement of nature, the harmony and balance of all internal and external processes.In the Shaman's cosmology, the World Tree is the bridge between the physical world and the realm of spirit. Probably the most familiar example of the World Tree is Yggdrasil, the great ash tree found in Nordic mythology. Yggdrasil grows between Asgard, the realm of the gods, Midgard, the realm of humanity and Hel, the realm of the dead. By drawing a tree, we plant our human garden and create reality with the beauty of our drawings. We touch very deep structures of consciousness, which gives us a lot of strength, fills us with faith and a sense of support. It is a phenomenon in the art world that restores the balance of mental ecology and
helps the processes of life to continue their natural movement. Working with the archetype of the Tree, we can work on ABSOLUTELY any topic, literally "grow" anything in our life!
In this class we will work in the Shamanic Sacred Space to amplify the collective energy weaved together with the energy of Spirit, to achieve the highest possible levels of concentration and connection with the Divine. You will participate in opening ceremony, a 10 minute yoga flow for beginners, followed by the breathwork and short guided meditation, accompanied by shamanic drumming and chanting. After that, you will be explained the basics of the neurographics and then start drawing. Each step you will receive the prompts and supporting guidance to help you go deeper and enhance your work to achieve the insights and realizations you require. When we are done, we close the sacred space and share our experience if desired.

Please bring: your yoga mat and blocks or bolster, water bottle, a hat and
sunglasses. You can bring your set of markers or pencils, but they will
be provided, as well as the drawing paper. Please come prepared for an intense energy work, with positive attitude and an open heart! No experience required!
