Here's your chance in the New Year to meet our whole dynamic team at RISE and to explore different styles of instruction and practice that might best suit your needs.This is an 8-week class series occurring during our weekly Phoenix Rising class on Thursday evenings at 7 pm, exploring perspectives and practices that support resilience.
Welcoming the personal intentions of each student, we recognize that we each bring with us our own unique perspectives as well as powerful practices that have supported us through turbulent times. Beginning January 9, find peace and strength in community, and within yourself.
This series is great for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. Join us at RISE as we learn, share and grow together.
