This soothing series blends the calming practices of Kundalini yoga with therapeutic breathwork, designed to rejuvenate your body, clear your mind, and bring balance to your being.
Led by Aurora Bonner, this workshop offers a peaceful sanctuary where you can disconnect from stress and reconnect with yourself. The practice is focused on yoga and pranayama that will leave you feeling centered, refreshed, and renewed.
Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, this journey is designed for all levels. Through mindful movement, meditation, and guided breathwork, you’ll experience profound relaxation and the release of tension, allowing you to recharge mentally, physically, and emotionally.
