Nedley's Depression/Anxiety Recovery Program

Join us on January 6 and 13 from 6-8 P.M. at the Gettysburg Seventh-day Adventist Church for a transformative experience with Dr. Neil Nedley's Depression and Anxiety Recovery Program! These introductory sessions will give you a taste of what's to come in the 8-week program starting on January 20 through March 17.

During the program, you'll have access to Dr. Nedley's insightful lectures, engaging small group discussions, and valuable workbook exercises. Plus, you'll get to enjoy delicious plant-based refreshments and recipes at each session. With experienced facilitator, Suzette Berlin, (RN & Associate Pastor of the Carlisle SDA Church) leading the way, you'll be in good hands throughout this life-changing journey.

Please know that this program compliments medical and clinical treatments for depression. You will learn how to:

• Manage stress

• Defeat depression and anxiety

• Achieve peak mental performance

• Improve your emotional intelligence

• Eat for optimal brain function

• Overcome addictions

• Enhance your energy levels and mood

• Identify depression and anxiety and their causes

Best of all, the first two sessions are completely free and the following 8 sessions, testing, materials, and entire package is subsidized, thanks to the generous funding from the Gettysburg Seventh-day Adventist Church. The cost to participants is approximately $10 per week, (or less!) payable in whole or in payments. You will receive the next 8 sessions, testing, Dr. Nedley videos, workbook, text books, refreshments and recipes.
